The terms governing your use of Greymint Labs services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Greymint Labs services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Description of Service
Greymint Labs provides enterprise AI products including distribution management systems, AI voice assistants, and consumer applications. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws
- You may not use our services to violate any law or regulation
- You are responsible for all content and data you submit to our services
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use our services to: harm minors, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malware, send unsolicited communications, or interfere with the proper functioning of our services. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.
5. Intellectual Property
We retain all rights to our services, including software, algorithms, models, and branding. You retain all rights to your data. We do not use your data to train AI models without your explicit consent.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
7. Service Level Agreement
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for enterprise customers. Service credits are available for downtime exceeding our SLA. See our SLA documentation for details.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greymint Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases. We will provide reasonable notice before termination except in cases of urgent security or legal concerns.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
